Home Staging

I was in The Villages, Florida all of June 2015. It is the largest community living in the U.S. – with over 56,000 homes. While I was there I was involved in helping a professional “flipper” decorate and stage a home she recently purchased. In order to keep cost down and profit margins high, I suggested we keep the existing kitchen cabinets and paint them instead. I selected a new glass mosaic backsplash and a Corian countertop and stainless steel appliances. Here are a few pictures of the completed project.
